FAQ: What do I put in the Program ID field?

When you place an order for Case Manager Sole Consultant Edition you are asked to enter a Program ID with the order. What you put into this field will depend on which of the following two options you prefer...

Option 1: I would like to start using Case Manager right NOW

If you are purchasing the Sole Consultant Edition of Case Manager you don’t need to wait for the software to arrive in the mail… You can start using it right now! Here’s how:

1. If you have not already done so, download and install the Trial Version copy.
2. Start Case Manager (the login details are User: DEMO Password: DEMO). Click the Help menu and choose Registration Details. Note your Program ID.
3. Purchase the Case Manager Sole Consultant Edition online providing both your Program ID and payment details.
4. Once your payment has been confirmed you will be sent a Registration Number via e-mail, which will remove the Trial Version restrictions.
5. You can begin using Case Manager immediately.

Note: A copy of the Case Manager User Guide and Installation CD will be sent out to you.

Option 2: I’ll wait for my Installation CD to arrive in the post

If you wish to install Case Manager from the Installation CD - which will arrive in the post - please read the following:

1. When placing your online order for Case Manager (Sole Consultant Edition) use the following Program ID: WAIT4CD.

2. When the Installation CD arrives install Case Manager.
3. You will need to Email \ Phone \ Fax your Program ID to us so we can send you a Registration Number. Start Case Manager, go to the Help menu then Registration Details.
